Job Description
Responsibilities
- To handle leasing activities such as marketing for potential tenants, lettings & renewals, site visit and liaise with outside leasing agents
- To conduct market research, data analysis and compile various leasing and marketing reports
- Responsible for the daily operations, customers services and handle enquiries/complaints from tenants
Requirement
- Holder of Diploma or above in Property Management / Real Estates / Sales & Marketing or related disciplines
- At least 2 years of clerical experience in property management companies and familiar with tenancy management
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must
- Strong in report writing with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Self-motivated, hard working and willing to learn
