The client is a leading Property Developer. Due to their expansion in China, they are now seeking a Facility Director / Property Director, China – Shopping Mall to lead their growing team in Wuhan.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall planning and coordination of the daily property operations according to company’s standards and policies
• To review and improve property management aspects included services standard, work quality, procedure & documentation
• Assist in monitoring maintenance, technical services, cleaning, CS and security of designated commercial and shopping mall property portfolios 
• Plan, coordinate and monitor the staff, consultants and contractors performance on renovation, repair and maintenance worksto ensure works are executed with qualified services
• Handle client relationship management and provide services up to expectations of clients

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Property Management, Engineering or related discipline
• At least 10 years’ relevant experience in property management / facility management in which 5 years’ at supervisory level.
• Exposure on Property Management / Facility Management in China is a MUST
• Exposure to Shopping Mall Management is a plus
• Background in Engineering is preferred. 
• Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances
• Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Willing to station in Wuhan
