Responsibilities: 
 
• Handle customer's enquiries, complaints, claims, quotations and overseas agent correspondence 
• Follows up overseas routing orders and booking from customers
• Maintains customer database
• Handles all import and export shipments

Requirement: 

• Diploma holder in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• 2-3 years of customer services experience in ocean freight 
• Knowledge of handling both export and import shipments of ocean freight
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on PC operations including MS office and Chinese Word Processing
• Be a good team player, self-motivated and proactive
• Responsible, independent and attention to details
• Immediate available is preferred
