Requirements :

• Diploma or above with 2-3 years working experience is an advantage
• Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
• Should be motivated, hardworking and detailed with a pleasant personality.
• Able to work independently
• 5 days work, bank holiday
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant

Responsibilities :

• Handle purchase order and sales invoice
• Follow up with PRC for production schedule and lead time
• Monitor the delivery and the quality of products
• Coordinate sales team to have the goods ship out on time
• Support to Sales Team in customer orders
