Job Description

The Job:

  • Monitor the reception counters / club facilities and maintain clerical support to the daily operation.
  • Foster quality customer services and enhance relationship with members by handling telephone enquiries, referring emergencies to appropriate staff, drafting notices / replies to tenants promptly / taking meeting minutes and organising activities, festive functions, interest classes , facilities booking etc.
  • Lead and coordinate the concierge service to provide one-stop services to residents, members and stakeholders of the Hub and Club.
  • To organize and execute recreational programs and activities, with particular regards to customers’ preference, needs and interest.
  • Handle tenants and passers-by’s enquiries by explaining relevant policies and procedures, referring to factual information.
  • Follow up members’ complaints or special requests.
  • Ensure fees, petty cash, repair charges and miscellaneous charges accurately.
  • Develop, coordinate and liaise various parties to complete the activities smoothly.
  • Provide assistance to Manager to oversee the team performance and monitor sites facilities.
  • Shift duty is required.

The Person:

  • Diploma/Degree Holder with at least 3 year customer services experience, preferable in managing clubhouse or recreational facilities/hotel management OR F.5 or 5 subjects obtained Level 2 or above in HKDSEE and above with extensive customer services experience preferred
  • Basic PC knowledge including Word Processing
  • With confidence and able to communicate from different customers.
  • Good communication, co-ordination and interpersonal skills
  • Mature, service-oriented, good telephone manner, a team player.
  • Attentive to details, systematic and willing to follow through tasks independently
  • Energetic with good customer services
