Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Handle incoming enquiries with quality of customer service
• Reinforce company policy in HR aspects
• Handle office administration duties
• Handle accounts receivable & reporting
• Coordinate delivery arrangement with warehouse
• Administer sales order and invoice processing in MYOB system
• Provide administrative support to the management

Requirements and Qualifications:

• University Graduate in Business Administration or related discipline;
• Qualification of LCCI intermediate level is an advantage;
• Good command of Cantonese, English & Mandarin;
• Working Experience in Accounting or Sales Administration Field is an advantage;
• Independent, Detailed-minded, Self-initiative;
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed;
