Job Description
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Handle incoming enquiries with quality of customer service
- Reinforce company policy in HR aspects
- Handle office administration duties
- Handle accounts receivable & reporting
- Coordinate delivery arrangement with warehouse
- Administer sales order and invoice processing in MYOB system
- Provide administrative support to the management
Requirements and Qualifications:
- University Graduate in Business Administration or related discipline;
- Qualification of LCCI intermediate level is an advantage;
- Good command of Cantonese, English & Mandarin;
- Working Experience in Accounting or Sales Administration Field is an advantage;
- Independent, Detailed-minded, Self-initiative;
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed;
