Responsibilities: 

• To support quality issues of electronic products in MP
• To support customer enquiries 
• To support product country approvals 
• Monitor component approval process
• Production documentation  

Requirements: 

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or related discipline
• Min. 3 years experience in electronic product support
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Candidates with experience below will be an advantage: digital circuit design / Wireless Technology (GSM/GPRS, 3G, Wifi, Bluetooth, etc.) / electronic products manufacturing
• Good interpersonal skills, problem solving, communication and presentation skills 
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Product Support Engineer
