Responsibilities:

• Manage, train and lead the Logistics & Distribution Department with a team of around 10 staff, to ensure the highest standard of services is provided to all customers, including walk-in pick-up, home delivery arrangement, and customer hotline services;
• Plan, organize, supervise daily operation including but not limit to  manpower arrangement, stock allocation, order fulfillment, inventory of cycle count, annual stock take & discrepancy verification; and after sales services in an accurate, speedy and courteous manner;
• Review the operation requirements with 3PL regularly and monitor its daily warehouse operations to ensure that inventory storage and distribution are running smoothly
• Monitor the performance of delivery vendors/courier, to ensure product distribution are handled in a timely and cost effective manner, and meet servicing requirements for customers
• Be proactive in seeking improvement of inventory control, warehouse management & delivery services level; ensure appropriate physical procedures are being followed per Company Policies and Procedures.
• Ensure the timely and accurate provision of management information; generate various inventory reports, analysis & statistics for management review.
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree or an equivalent with 10 years working experience in Supply Chain/Logistics which 3 to 5 years working experience in management position;
• Hand-on Warehouse/Logistics management with direct customer services handling experience in nutritional supplements and/or personal care products is REQUIRED; solid experience in contracting with 3PL/e-commerce business will be an asset;  
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and motivational skills;
• Goals & results oriented, and attentive to details;
• Able to operate well and manage effectively in a matrix organizational structure;
• Flexible, well-organized with excellent time-management skills;
• Proficiency in oral and written English and Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus);
• PC literate (MSOffice, etc.).
