Responsibilities:

• Report to Finance Manager for Consolidation and Management reporting

• Coordinate with PRC subsidiaries on monthly consolidation process

• Report & analyze the group financial results on a monthly basis

• Ensure Compliance with the rules and regulation of The Hong Kong Stock Exchange

• Ensure compliance of accounting policies & procedures

• Work closely with team on all aspects of group financial management, including statutory reporting, group budgeting & forecasts, and tax planning

• Work closely with operational team to provide accurate and meaningful financial insights

• Interactwith external parties such as bankers, auditors, tax and valuation consultants

• Participate in investment projects evaluation, financial due diligence and follow up implementation;

• Participate in ad-hoc projects 

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Accounting or related discipline
• CPA/Professional qualification preferable,  Big Four professional background is of definite advantage
• Min. 5 years' relevant experiences with 2 years at supervisory level
• Familiar with listing rules requirements, Hong Kong accounting standards and Companies Ordinance
• Prior experience in project evaluation is an advantage
• High energy individual, self-starter, proactive and presentable with strong business acumen
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English, Good Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferable
