Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for month-end closing, management reports including schedules and job costing
• Handle general accounting data entries including AR, AP and journal entries
• Checking and processing payments for staff claims
• Follow-up customers' settlement
• Manage suppliers' invoices and arrange payment
• General office work such as filing, scanning, photocopying etc.
• Assist in other ad hoc assignments if required

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with LCC Higher
• At least 6 years relevant working experience in accounting
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Matured, well organized, able to work under pressure and independently
• Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibilities and willing to learn
• Proficient in PC skill of word, Chinese word processing and Advance excel are necessary
• Immediate available and knowing how to use Flex Systems are definitely an advantage
• With more experiences / higher qualifications are the way to determine the post
