RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine daily accounting duties (includes billing, issuing invoices,  maintain petty cash and filing);
• Process and recording AP and expense reimbursement transactions;
• Assist in preparing monthly reports and  bank reconciliation;
• Assist in fixed asset count and year-end audit;
• Co-ordinate the year-end stock take and ensure an accurate inventory record;
• Assist in month end closing;
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Form 5 or above with LCCI Higher Level / Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines;
• 3-4 years or above experience in accounting field;            
• Knowledge and experience in SAP is an advantage;            
• Proficiency in MS Office - Excel;                
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, detail oriented and able to work under pressure;
• Good Command of Cantonese, English;                
• Polite with excellent interpersonal skills;                 
• Willing to learn and work overtime at month end;            
• Immediately available is preferred.                
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Accounts Clerk
