Requirements:

• SFC Type 6 Licenced Person
• At least 3 years’ Corporate Finance experience for Manager; 5 years’ Corporate Finance experience for Senior Manager; 8 years’ Corporate Finance experience for Associate Director
• Good knowledge in Listing Rules, Takeovers Codes and other relevant regulatory rules and regulations
• Professional qualification such as CPA and/or CFA are preferred
• Strong due diligence skill and valuation skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Well-organised, self-motivated and able to work independently
