Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and Financial Manager of the subsidiary, your responsibilities and duties include, but not limited to:

• Support and handle daily accounting operations (AP/AR/GL)
• Assist in month-end closing and ensure in timely and accurate manner
• Invoices and Expenses Settlement, Bank Reconciliation and Reimbursement
  
• Assist in the monitoring of daily funding and cash flow position
• Data input and maintenance at Accounting System and ensure data accuracy
  
• Liaise with auditors in relation to annual audit
• Assist in preparation of regular management reports as instructed  
  
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required
  
  

Job Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting, or medium-sized audit firm
• Strong self-motivation and personal integrity, with good analytical and communication skills
• Detail-minded, well-organised and can work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Words and Excel; experience in Dynamix system a plus
• Fluent Cantonese and English is mandatory; French is a plus
• Immediate available is highly preferable
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Accountant
