Our client is a leading Lifestyle Retail Brand in Hong Kong with strong presence in Asia Pacific. Due to rapid growth in recent years, they are looking for a high calibre candidate to join their Retail Finance Team for a decent mall.

 Responsibilities

• Lead a team to focus on financial reporting, management reporting and internal controls within the retail business
• Prepare variance analysis, performance reports and analysis reviews for management to assist operational and financial decision-making
• Engage in long term financial planning, budgeting and audit report
• Benchmark and establish areas of potential operational improvement
• Maintain a documented system of policies and procedures
• Monitor and review KPIs report
• Handle ad-hoc assignments/ PRC projects

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/ Finance or related discipline. Member of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sizeable organizations + Big Four CPA firms
• Good knowledge of Retail/FMCG or department store operations
• Very strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Be proactive, detail-minded, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Candidate with less experience will also consider as Finance Manager
