Assistant Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily bankpayment to various, including issuing cheque, CHATS and TT through online banking
• Perform data input and maintenance functions in various banking system
• Perform general accounting duties such as preparing vouchers, data entry, documents filing, bank reconciliation etc.
• Assist to handle client inquires for bank fund/in out
• Assist senior accountants in preparing monthly report and FRR report
• Assist month-end/year-end process, assist year-end audit
• To perform ad-hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements: 

• Diploma  in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ commercial financial accounting experience
• Proficient with Excel applications and knowledge of Sunsystem Accounting system is an advantage
• A team player with proactive attitude, detail minded, able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime
• Good command of written & spoken English andChinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Immediate available is preferred
