Job Responsibilities:

• To be involved in a wide range of corporate finance transactions, including IPO, M&A, takeovers, compliance advisory, fund raising and etc.
• To fully participate in the due diligence and execution processes
• To coordinate and communicate with clients, professional parties and regulators

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting/Finance/Law/Business Administration is preferred
• Possess professional qualification (i.e. LLB, CPA, CFA) is an advantage
• Current holder of SFC license representative for type 6 regulated activities
• 2 to 5 years corporate finance experience in handling IPO transactions/financial advisory transactions
• Conversant with Hong Kong Listing Rules and Takeovers Code
• Proven track record of handling IPO and financial advisory deals
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must
• Analytical,self-motivated, independent, a good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Occasional travel is required
