Job Description:

• Maintain an efficient collection process to include an organized filing and tracing system.
• Recommend actions & resolve discrepancies.
• Compile data and prepare reports
• Process petty cash receipts and reimbursements.
• Assist with credit-related activities, including processing of credit applications.
• Perform ad hoc duties as requested by management.

Requirements:

• LCCI intermediate
• 1- 2yrs experience in trading and distribution is an advantage, fresh graduates are also considered
• Fluent communication in English and Putonghua
• Proficiency in Excel, preferred with experience on QuickBooks or XERO
