Responsibilities:

• Assist in various corporate finance projects and listing rules compliance issues;
• Prepare announcements, circulars and other documents as required under the listing rules and SFO;
• Perform market analysis, due diligence, financial modeling, etc. ;
• Prepare analysis for M&A transactions, capital market and related issues;
• Liaise with relevant regulatory authorities and professional parties.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in relevant disciplines ;
• At least 6 years' relevant working experience with a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in corporate finance transaction support, listing rules compliance duties and M&A activities ;
• Familiar with listing rules compliance requirements for listed companies;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills;
• Candidate with less experience would be considered for Senior Financial Analyst.
