RESPONSIBILITIES

• Structure, negotiate, and execute investment activities and corporate finance transactions including equity placement, fund raising, M&A, capital restructuring etc.
• Perform due diligence, project valuation and financial analysis
• Prepare financial model and review on the capital structure for the investment projects
• Review financing for the group's capital investment and developments with the support of external agencies
• Review listing documents and draft announcements and circulars
• Prepare long-term projection in cost capital optimization
• Actively communicate with research analyst, existing and potential investors
• Monitor research coverage and benchmarked performance against peers and performed periodic portfolio review to optimize company's business strategy
• Co-ordinate with management and other business function including legal, company secretarial, tax, and treasury on new/existing corporate finance or investment financing proposal

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting or any other related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years' working experience in investment banking, corporate finance advisory, or in-house corporate finance gained from sizeable organizations
• Familiar with industry metrics, equity and capital markets within capital intensive industry
• Hands on experience in Listing Rules, Takeover Codes and other relevant regulatory rules and regulations
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is a MUST.
