RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Arrange fund raising to finance acquisitions and/or business operation and/or expansion by means of from bank debt to equity finance solutions
• Oversee day-to-day treasury aspects of cash management in anticipation of company’s cash needs
• Develop and manage bank relationships including ongoing compliance obligations required
• Adhere to corporate governance / internal control compliance

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder or above in Accounting / Finance required
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience, with PRC exposure is a definite asset
• Good understanding of cash management, corporate finance and financial analysis
• Understanding of treasury markets, products and operations is a definite asset
• Strong technical knowledge of investment products and strong relationship with banks
• Capability of working independently and under pressure
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a must
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Chinese typing
