Job Description

• Perform routine accounts payable and receivable functions such as invoice verification and prepare vouchers
• Handle payments and receivables settlement
• Issuance of statements and receipts; follow up customers’ enquiry
• Debts collection over phone or by e-mail
• Prepare aging reports and relevant analysis reports
• Follow up banking issues
• Prepare ad hoc reports as assigned

Requirement

• Form 5 graduate with LCCI higher qualification, student member of AAT preferred
• 2 years or above relevant working experience
• Good computer skills in MS Word & Excel
• Knowledge of MYOB system will be an advantage
• Good communication skill and able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule
• Immediate available preferred
