Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting routines, including voucher preparation, journal inputs, receipts and payments, etc
• Prepare month-end closing
• Prepare and analyze accounting schedules
• Perform corporate company secretarial works
• Maintain the company statutory records and routine filing
• Handle the filings with Companies Registry and other relevant regulatory and statutory authorities
• Liaise with other professional parties and government authorities
• Perform clerical and administrative support to the department
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting related discipline with LCCI Level 2 or above
• 1-3 years of accounting experience
• Mature, self-motivated, able to work independently and detail-minded
• Proficiency in PC operations including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin speaking is an advantage
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Willing to work overtime & able to work under pressure
• Immediately available is preferred
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
