Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day financial accounting works
• Perform inter-company transactions - Hong Kong and Mainland China
• Liaise with external Auditor for preparation of end of year Audit
• Inventory management
• Co-ordinate various budget functions to ensure control procedures are established
• Prepare periodic management reports, variance analysis, budgeting & forecasting
• Co-ordinate with bankers
• Provide guidance to subordinates in daily operation
• Assist ad-hoc assignments
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
• Membership of recognized accounting bodies
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience with solid experience in audit field
• Prior experience working for a listed HK company and knowledge of HK Stock Exchange reporting requirements will be a distinct advantage
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua
• Self-motivated with analytical mind, attentive to details, hardworking and able to meet tight deadlines
• Possess sound supervisory skills
• Proficient PC skills, knowledge in ERP system is an advantage
• Occasional travel to PRC factory and offices
