The company is seeking a Contractor's Labour Officer for site office.

Job duties:

• full time on-site monitor workers attendance record and Employment Contract record and assisting in site administration duties;
• cross checking of the payroll records submitted by the sub-contractors;
• prepare regular reports on wages payments and MPF contributions;
• monitor and keep track record on complaint case about wages payment matters and employment conditions;
• ad hoc duties when necessary.

Requirements:

• Form 5 graduate with HKCEE (5 passes including Chinese, English-Syllabus B & Mathematics) or equivalent, certificate in Human Resources / Personnel Management is preferred;
• at least 2 years relevant experience or experience on Human Resources related duties would be advantageous;
• proficiency in MSWord, Excel & Chinese Word Processing;
• good communication and interpersonal skills;
• immediate availability is highly preferred.
