Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement Human Resources management policies mainly in recruitment and selection process
• Handle full spectrum of recruitment process including but not limited to resumes’ review, screening and selection process, interview for selected candidates and preparation of employment documents
• Responsible for full spectrum of administrative functions including office renovation, procurement, repair and maintenance, as well as ad-hoc projects if required
• Prepare various kinds of analysis reports, proposals and budget review
• Develop strategies and conduct regular reviews to optimize effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration Management, or related disciplines
• At least 8 years’ solid experience in Human Resources (especially in recruitment) and administration 
• Well-versed with HK and PRC labor ordinance and regulations
• Self-motivated and good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Mature and detailed-oriented with good time management
• Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Applicant with less experience will be considered as “Assistant Human Resources & Administration Manager”
