Job Description
The role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to assist a team of recruiters in a dynamic and international environment.
You will be involved in providing a full spectrum of support services to the office with core responsibilities of handling telephone calls, coordinating and scheduling meetings, preparing resumes, drafting correspondence, managing suppliers and trainings. We are looking for the following:
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work with tight deadlines
- Detail oriented
- Good team player and willingness to learn
- Perform any ad-hoc task as assigned
- Experience in a recruitment company or in a personnel resourcing department is preferable
- Fluent English and Cantonese required; Mandarin is a plus
- Hong Kong working visa is a must
