Job Duties

• To provide secretarial support to senior manager
• Generate periodic reports for management’s review  
• Coordinate with our branches staff to ensure seamless and efficient operation.
• Responsible for developing workflows, structures and the user access list management

Job Requirements:

• Able to deliver to deadlines.
• Able to handle confidentiality.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese is a Must (Mandarin also an advantage).
• Previous office and administration / Marketing experience.
• Previous exposure to marketing activities.
• Familiar with PC applications including MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
• Mature and independent, detail-minded, with initiatives and positive attitude
• Immediate available is preferred.
