Job Description

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above;
  • At least 3 years working experience in payroll processing, Admin., HR or relevant experience;
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations/ordinances;
  • Proficient in computer software applications including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing;
  • A pleasant team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Stable and positive;
  • Immediately available preferably.


Responsibilities

  • Perform attendance checking, administrative and clerical support;
  • Assist in payroll calculation and compile payroll reporting;
  • Maintain accurate staff record, leave record and filling etc.;
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments.
