Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Document related duties such as filling in forms, copying, scanning, filing, etc.
  • Help to provide service to mainland China customers visiting HK
  • Outdoor work such as document delivery, bank deposit, etc.
  • Assist to refill and purchase office equipment and stationery, etc.
  • Keep office clean and tidy
  • Other office support and assigned duties

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • At least 1 year related experience, worked in insurance/ securities business before has added advantage
  • Good command of Chinese and fair in English & Mandarin
  • Basic computer knowledge such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese Input
  • Eager to learn, responsible, detail-minded, pleasant personality, customer-oriented, polite and punctual
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills

  • 文件相關工作如填寫表格、影印、掃瞄、文件傳檔等
  • 協助服務國內到港客戶
  • 外勤工作、如文件送遞銀行入帳等
  • 協助辦公室用品添置及補充
  • 負責基本辦公室清潔和整
  • 其他日常辦公室支援工其他指派工

  • 中五或以上程
  • 最少一年相關經驗,保險或證券行業經驗優先
  • 良好中文程度,略懂英語及普通
  • 具有基本電腦操作知識;包括微軟Word及Excel, 及中文輸入
  • 勤奮好學、富責任感、細心、平易近人、以客為先、有禮、守時
  • 擁有良好的溝通技巧及人際關係
