Job Description
Responsibilities
- Document related duties such as filling in forms, copying, scanning, filing, etc.
- Help to provide service to mainland China customers visiting HK
- Outdoor work such as document delivery, bank deposit, etc.
- Assist to refill and purchase office equipment and stationery, etc.
- Keep office clean and tidy
- Other office support and assigned duties
Requirements
- Form 5 or above
- At least 1 year related experience, worked in insurance/ securities business before has added advantage
- Good command of Chinese and fair in English & Mandarin
- Basic computer knowledge such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese Input
- Eager to learn, responsible, detail-minded, pleasant personality, customer-oriented, polite and punctual
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
職責
- 文件相關工作如填寫表格、影印、掃瞄、文件傳檔等
- 協助服務國內到港客戶
- 外勤工作、如文件送遞、 銀行入帳等
- 協助辦公室用品添置及補充
- 負責基本辦公室清潔和整潔
- 其他日常辦公室支援工作及其他指派工作
要求
- 中五或以上程度
- 最少一年相關經驗,保險或證券行業經驗優先
- 良好中文程度,略懂英語及普通話
- 具有基本電腦操作知識;包括微軟Word及Excel, 及中文輸入
- 勤奮好學、富責任感、細心、平易近人、以客為先、有禮、守時
- 擁有良好的溝通技巧及人際關係
