Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Working Hours from 8.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries (including those through e-mail) and transferring telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Greet and welcome guests, business colleagues and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Distribute incoming / outgoing external physical mail, manage internal mailing system and handle all courier services for the office
- Responsible for managing and coordinating meeting rooms reservations across different business units in the office
- Maintain the presentation of the reception area as clean and tidy
- Provide clerical and administrative support as required
- Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects as required
Job Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in MNC
- Excellent command in written and verbal English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Hands on computer knowledge
- Mature and able to deal with people differing levels of seniority and cultural backgrounds
- Work independently under pressure, and multi task
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, helpful attitude with cheerful personality
- Preference will be given to candidates with strong work ethics, high level of integrity and strong sense of responsibility
