Responsibilities:

• Provide all the daily clerical support to Sales Department.
• Handle and follow up incoming calls and emails, preparing quotations, invoices from clients
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience in sales clerical support
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Well-organized, detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility & willing to learn
• Immediately available or short notice is preferred.  
• Fresh Graduates are welcome
