Compliance Manager (Retail Banking - Loans)

Monthly Salary: Around HK$50K x 13 months + Good Bonus 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for formulate compliance policies and standards
• To study the new regulations or consultation papers issued by regulatory bodies
• To review the systems and processes of the Company to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements
• Prepare compliance reports for management review
• To conduct compliance monitoring
• Provide advices on compliance issues

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Law, Finance, Banking or related subjects
• At least 5 years practical experience in compliance in the banking / finance industry, of which at least 2 years at managerial level
• Well knowledge of regulations and statutory requirements from regulatory bodies including HKMA
• Self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Office applications
