Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on market intelligence, including transaction data, market insights, industry trends and impacts of government policy on real estate markets
• Preparation of integration reports, managing and update databases on regular basis
• Execute feasibility study and business valuation analyses etc.
• Establish company’s long-term development plan, carry out major strategic research

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration, Investment or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year working experience, preferably in leading property developers in Hong Kong
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office application, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Self-motivated, pleasant, dynamic and able to work independently
• Immediate or short notice available is highly preferable
