Purpose of Position

 

Handle the back-office functions for financial products such as options, swaps, futures, and other structured products or financial derivatives in compliance with established policy and procedures.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

 

• Perform transactional processing to ensure trades are appropriately captured for accounting, settlement and valuation purposes;
• Send out trade confirmations and ensure that all settlement work is carried out smoothly and properly;
• Liaise and resolve settlement issues with counter-parties;
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure efficiency and compliance;
• Participate in tasks or projects as assigned by the department head from time to time and take accountability.

 

 

Requirements

 

 

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in financial services industry;
• Knowledge in trading and clearing systems;
• Team management or supervisory experience;
• Good command of English and Chinese;
• Good academic background is a preference.
