We are inviting a Segment Professional to join a leading bank in HK

Head of Segment Marketing, Customer Acquisition (HK$70 K or above, negotiable)

• Lead a team to formulate client acquisition program
• Suggest On-boarding strategies of all customer segments to drive the bank's portfolio growth
• Develop segment strategies, to grow the bank's number of customers  & AUM portfolio
• Execute acquisition programs via different channels, including ATL, localized promotion & digital platform etc.
• Improve the quality of new-to-bank customers, design on-boarding strategies to cross-sell clients to bring in new-funds via Investment & Insurance transactions
• Act as a Key Leader to develop value proposition of different segments
• Coordinate with different departments, including Branch network, Products Teams, Operation, Marketing & Compliance etc., in order to achieve smooth development and execution of marketing promotions
• Monitor sales channel's performance on acquisition, mainly work with digital banking team & S&D management
• Manage marketing budget to enhance marketing efficiency
• Motivate the team to achieve target with job satisfaction and harmony working environment

Requirements:

• University graduate with minimum 8 years of working experience in banking or related industry
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership
• Self motivated with good knowledge of marketing technique and market trend
• Excellent skills in Excel/ PowerPoint/ Word and basic statistical knowledge is an added advantages
