Job Descriptions:

• Introduce and demonstrate full range of banking products and services to customers
• Establish, retain and deepen relationships with Banking Center customers and potential customers to achieve specific sales target
• Handle general enquiries/complaints and resolve issues 
• Perform outdoor marketing activities such as site promotion and seminars, etc. and customer service related duties assigned by the Banking Center Manager
• Comply with the established policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of bank's asset and customer's asset

Requirements:

• Degree holder qualification or above
• Minimum 3 years of banking experience in consumer banking
• Possess HKSI and HKFI qualifications
• Sales and customer oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
