Main Responsibilities

• Station at Loan Center and responsible for personal loan business activities
• Take an active role to solicit sales and cross sell loan products to customers and achieve designated sales objectives
• Handle customer’s enquiries in professional manner and follow up with customer’s loan application to drawdown
• Ensure loan center’s work procedures are in compliance with Bank’s policies and guidelines

Requirements

• Higher Diploma / 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above in HKCEE / HKDSE, including English, Chinese and Mathematics with minimum of 1 years’ solid experience in consumer loan business
• Active team player, aggressive and self-motivated with positive attitude
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer oriented;
• Good spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
