Responsibilities:

• Marketing and selling the Bank's broad range of financial services
• Identifying, developing, strengthening and managing relationships with new and existing customers.
• Implementing agreed business plan to achieve sales/revenue targets.
• Keeping abreast of Corporate market and competitive intelligence so as to better serve our customers and to sharpen focus of sales.
• Assisting in the formulation of sales and service strategies; generating creative ideas on customer acquisition and products/services.
• Working closely with the Credit Services Managers to ensure good quality lending decisions are made.

Requirements:

• A university degree in banking or a business-related discipline.
• At least 6+ years relevant experience with a proven track record in corporate banking.
• Comprehensive knowledge of trade and credit facilities.
• Knowledge of operational procedures, documentation requirements, banking practices and regulations related to corporate banking.
• Proven sales track record; passion for selling and keen to see results.
• Strong presentation, communication and negotiations skills.
• Good credit assessment skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Dynamic, resilient and a strong determination to succeed.
