Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of Investment Operations professionals.
• Monitor trade settlements of funds, equities, fixed income and derivatives, and related reconciliations
• Cash forecasting and management
• Handle subscription, transfer, switching and redemption of funds
• Liaise with fund admin, custodian, and internal/ external parties
• Ensure the operating procedures are adhered to regulatory and company requirements
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 6+ years relevant working experience in fund operations, and experience in settlement is preferred
• Good knowledge and experience in operating investment trading system
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications
