Our client is a SFC Type 1 licensed firm wholly-owned by a PRC public company, seeking an experienced and proven financial professional to join the growing investment banking and brokerage operations.

Duties:
Seeking an experienced and proven financial professional to head up the debt capital markets team.  You will provide on-going technical support and guidance to the origination team based in the Mainland, while focusing on execution of a steady flow of bond issuance deals, mainly for government-owned entities in the Mainland.   You will not be required to conduct origination work, nor will you be evaluated on the firm's origination success.  

Qualifications:
You have experience heading up a DCM team in a reputable institution.  You should have sound knowledge of the entire investment grade or near investment grade bond underwriting and syndication process, and a proven track-record of successful execution.  Strong knowledge of the regulatory framework for bond issuance in both the Mainland and Hong Kong is a must.  Ability to originate deals is NOT a requirement.
