Responsibilities

• To analyze financial structure and project investment return; and provide line and corporate management with relevant comments and reports on financial performance
• Conduct necessary market research for investment projects
• Prepare investment paper, proposal and management reporting presentations and memorandum
• Monitor the financing market development and fund flow; and oversee cash position for funds and project future cash requirements
• Perform financial forecasts, financial control and building financial models and calculate capital calls
• Participate in merger and acquisition cases
• Perform ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

• University graduate in Accounting, Business, Economic, Finance or related disciplines
• 3 - 5 years’ relevant experience in corporate finance firms or in-house corporate finance
• Knowledge in corporate finance and possess financial analysis skill
• Exceptional financial modeling and analysis ability using Excel
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and presentation skills
• Good team player and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Immediate available is preferred
