The client is a prestigious bank. They are now seeking an Assistant Corporate Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager – Commercial Banking – Account Opening (non-Sales) to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for checking the document scrutiny for business accounts, verifying and monitoring the correctness and completeness of customer profile and account set-up in host and corporate on-line banking.
• Perform dual checking on business accounts, ensuring all the required documents are completed properly.
• Ensure the customer due diligent is well performed, KYC requirement is fulfilled and AML Ordinance is complied with.
• Analyze, formulate, propose and execute financial solutions and client relationship management efficiently
• Identify service improvement initiatives to improve service quality and enhance the company image 
• Recommend service strategies and actions in recovering, retaining and building relationship with banks and referral partners

Requirements:

• University graduate in Banking / Finance or related discipline;
• Minimum 2 years' relationship management experience in Corporate Banking / Commercial Banking, with proven track record in corporate accounts opening is a must
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (fluent in Mandarin is preferred);
• Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred.
