• Provide support on a system revamp project for the department
• Assist on enhancing departmental operation process and related system flow
• Ensure operation processes are compliant with statutory regulations and group policies
• Degree holder with minimum 2 years experience in IT / system support
• Prior experience in system revamp project is definitely an advantage
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and able to work well with all levels
• A gratuity will be granted upon completion of the contract
