Responsibilities:

• Supporting the team, you will be responsible for working on capital markets transactions ;
• Co-ordinate with internal sales forces to form syndicate in the execution of capital markets deals;
• Engage different working teams in executing IPOs, FOs, RFPs, block trades and underwriting commitments;
• Create and manage various syndicate reports for top management, including latest market trends and investors feedback;
• Non-deal or deal company roadshows as part of the equity syndicate process;
• Establish and maintain relationship with both internal and external parties including clients, professional parties and relevant regulatory authorities where necessary;
• Liaise with internal and external counterparties where necessary.

Requirements:

•  Degree in Accounting, Law, Finance or equivalent disciplines;
• 3 to 5 years working experience in Accounting, Law or investment banking;
• Strong technical background and sound understanding of capital markets;
• Self-motivated and with good time management to meet strict deadlines;
• Fluent in Mandarin is a must, and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
