• Responsible for reviewing and formulating internal operational policies and procedures, as well as participating in different ad hoc assignments relating to system enhancement and product development
• Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in the retail banking industry with project management experience is an asset
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Proficient in PC operations
• A Gratuity will be granted upon completion of the contract

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Manager, Project Management.
