Our client, a well-versed Chinese based investment bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the role of Team Lead, Private Banking.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a sales team with strategic plans in providing excellent relationship with ultra high net worth private clients
• Formulate and forge business opportunities to sell their products like margin financing, IPO and / or fund custody services
• Establish excellent service performance standards and achieve their goal with team sales target
• Ensure to comply with internal risk control for business management

Requirements:

• University degree with over 10 years’ experience in private banking environment with 3 to 4 years in supervisory level
• Solid wealth investment product knowledge within private banking platform
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• China mainlanders are definitely an advantage
• Candidates with less experience would be considered as individual private banker.
