Responsibilities

• Oversees, manages and upgrades the securities and futures trading systems (for both internet and mobile trading platforms) for continuous improvements to functionality, content and performance
• Conducts cost/benefit analysis and recommend solutions to enhance regional securities online trading roadmap
• Coordinates with internal teams to resolve technical issues in production and services
• Helps streamline processes, enhance systems, increase control framework and respond to changes to meet regional standards
• Provides support to internal users of the trading platform, MIS Reporting and other ad-hoc projects
• Promotes margin trading activities by monitoring margin trading portfolio and exposure of the retail equities business

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or equivalent discipline
• At least 3 years' relevant experience in a stock broking organization
• Good understanding of online securities trading products e.g. Stocks, Futures and Options in HK & Global Markets
• Holder of SFC Regulated Activity Type 1 Licence is preferred
• Solid exposure in e-marketing and abreast with current trends in the e-commerce realm of the  securities industry
• Perform a business analyst role and involve in project coordination
• Able to demonstrate strong business acumen and being entrepreneurial and creative
• Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
