The client is a banking group which is famous in Hong Kong and Macau.  The position is stationed in Macau.

Responsibilities: 

• Directly report to CEO of the Macau banking group
• Lead the team to serve a designated portfolio of accounts in the Corporate & Commercial Banking business segment
• Lead the team to develop the portfolio by prospecting new clients and offering suitable corporate & commercial banking services to the existing customers
• The team focuses on trade finance and credit activities e.g. credit proposal, credit appraisal, annual review and credit risk analysis
• Perform cross-sell corporate & commercial banking products to corporate customers
• Work with the team on cross-border corporate & commercial banking product promotion and development related to trade finance

Requirements: 

• University graduate
• Min 10 years' solid experience in commercial / corporate lending and marketing and at least 5 year experience as Team Head.
• Good credit analysis, report writing and communication skills
• Extensive banking products knowledge including treasury products
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is preferred
