Job Description

 Relationship Manager – Commercial Banking

 Responsibilities:

  • Develop a team’s portfolio in corporate clients at lower midcap segment;;
  • Explore new business opportunities and actively participate in the marketing and selling of corporate financial services in the areas of corporate lending, treasury, trade financing and other related banking products;
  • Provide professional financial solutions and prepare credit analysis and  proposals;

 Requirements:

  • Degree in Business or Finance or equivalent;
  •  8 years’ banking experiences as relationship manager with good business network in corporate and commercial banking;
  •  With track record to work independently in providing corporate banking solutions to customers;
  • Exceptional knowledge and skills in corporate banking products and credit analysis;
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English; and
  • Travelling to China for business visit is required.

 

Relationship Manager (SME Banking)

 Responsibilities:

  • Maximize Bank’s return by managing planning and implementing marketing activities which cover all aspects of commercial lending and preparing credit proposals;
  • Identify new business prospects with a proactive mindset and to prepare credit applications and proposals in a professional and timely manner;
  • Deepen customer relationship and provide tailor-made services by aligning with specialists of the Bank and counterparties;
  • Enhance banker customer relationship by cross-selling different banking products and providing all-round banking services and refer customers to the specialists of the Bank (Treasury, Factoring) for further development;
  • Uphold credit policy and lending guidelines, maintain a balanced approach to risk management.

 Requirements:

  • With a minimum of 5 years’ banking experience in commercial banking;
  • Holder of HKSFC RA type 1 and 4 license is a must, preferably with relevant insurance licenses;
  • Strong personal drive with the ability of acquiring new SME customers;
  • With the track record to work independently in providing commercial banking solutions (account opening, cross-selling wealth management products, initiating discussion in credit facilities) to customers;
  • Exceptional knowledge and skills in commercial banking products, financial analysis and trade cycle;
  • Familiar with MS Words, Excel and Powerpoint; and
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

 

Assistant Relationship Manager – China Team 

Responsibilities:

  • Explore and develop a team’s portfolio in PRC corporate (POE/ SOE);
  • Maximize Bank’s return by implementing marketing activities which cover all aspects of banking products and preparing credit proposal;
  • Develop customer relationship by cross-selling different banking products and services; and
  • Maintain credit policy and lending guidelines, uphold a balanced approach to risk management.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Business or Finance or equivalent;
  • 2 years’ banking experiences as relationship manager with good business network in soliciting new PRC corporate clients;
  • With track record to work independently in providing commercial banking solutions to customers;
  • Exceptional knowledge and skills in commercial banking products and credit analysis;
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English; and
  • Frequent travelling to China for business visit is required.

 

Assistant Relationship Manager – Taiwan Team / HK Team

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the credit application reports and related credit administrative duties;
  • Manage financial spreading and analysis, account opening and related services support;
  • Assist to monitor and review loan condition periodically, and;
  • Perform other ad hoc assignments as directed by Department Head or management.

 Requirements:

  • Degree in Business or Finance or equivalent;
  • At least 2 year solid Marketing / Credit marketing experience in banking industry;
  • Independent with good communication skills;
  • Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin; and
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
