Client summary

My client is leading player in China fintech sector with over 10 years experience in the market.  To cope with its IPO plan in US this year, they are now urgently seeking for a seasoned IR professional to lead their IR team.

Responsibility:

• Lead IR team and engage in all aspects of investor relation functions  
• Develop and implement investor communication plan
• Conceptualize and prepare materials for financial reporting, and investor conferences
• Organize IR and media events including earnings call, investor and media tours, press conferences
• Develop and implement ad hoc communication plans that comply with the disclosure requirements for listed companies

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting / Mass Communications / MBA or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in areas of financial communications, investor relations, or M&A transactions, with at least 3 years in managerial position
• Knowledge of China Fintech is an advantage
• Strong communications skills with high proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese Putonghua
• Good interpersonal skills, motivated,
